These terms cover the website

These terms govern your use of replumbify.com. They are not the contract for plumbing work. Any work RePlumbify performs is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if there is ever a conflict between the two.

A service request is a request

Submitting a form on this site starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, book a confirmed appointment, or oblige RePlumbify to perform any work. A date and arrival window you select is a request until our dispatch team confirms an actual window with you.

No price is quoted on this site

Nothing on this website is a quotation, an estimate, or an offer to perform work at a price. Prices are given after diagnosis, in writing, and are subject to the written scope you approve.

Information here is general

The Resource Center, FAQ pages, service pages and the Ask RePlumbify lookup provide general information about how plumbing systems behave. They are not a diagnosis of your building and they are not instructions for performing regulated work. Do not rely on them in place of a licensed professional inspecting the actual system.

Where a page describes a safety step, it is a general precaution, not a substitute for emergency services. If there is a fire, a suspected gas leak, or anyone is injured, call 911.

Licensing

RePlumbify holds California Contractors State License Board licence #1159930. Work described on this site is performed within our licensed classifications. You can verify the licence directly with the CSLB.

Where a project requires a licence classification, certification or trade we do not hold, we identify that and refer it rather than performing it.

The 1-year limited workmanship warranty is governed by its own written terms, published in full at the warranty terms page. Those terms control over any summary appearing elsewhere on this site.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or another person's information without their permission
• Submit automated, bulk or abusive requests
• Attempt to gain access to systems, data or accounts you are not entitled to
• Copy the content of this site for use on another business's website

Files you upload

By uploading a file you confirm you have the right to share it with us. Do not upload payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or tenants' personal identifiers — we do not need them and we do not want them. Uploaded files are stored privately and deleted on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

Content and trade marks

The text, layout, design and logo on this site belong to RePlumbify. The RePlumbify name and logo may not be used without written permission.

Third-party links

Where we link to another site — a licence lookup, a regulator, a manufacturer — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Availability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, and we cannot guarantee either without interruption. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
