What RePlumbify is
RePlumbify is a plumbing contractor working across residential, multifamily, commercial and construction plumbing in California. The three words in our logo — repair, repipe, remodel — are the honest description of the work: fixing what has failed, replacing what keeps failing, and building what comes next.
How we work
Three commitments run through everything on this site, and they are the ones we would want from a contractor working on our own building.
Diagnosis before a price. The same symptom can have a cheap cause or an expensive one. Quoting before diagnosis serves the contractor, not the customer. We find the failure first.
The written scope is the agreement. You approve a scope and a price before work starts, and nothing is added without a new approval. When opening a wall changes the situation, you get photographs and a revised scope — not a bigger invoice.
We stay inside our license. Where a job needs another licensed trade, we identify it and stop. That boundary is a legal requirement and it is also the right answer for you.
What we do not claim
Plumbing marketing is full of claims that sound reassuring and mean nothing. You will not find a founding year, an employee count, a project count, a review count or a years-of-experience figure on this site unless it is real and we can support it.
We do not advertise availability windows we have not committed to operationally, response times we have not measured, or guarantees whose written terms do not exist yet. When those things are confirmed, they will appear here with their actual limitations attached.
We also do not publish stock photography of somebody else's plumbers, or testimonials we cannot trace to a real customer and a real job.
Licensing
RePlumbify holds California Contractors State License Board license #1159930. You can verify it directly with the CSLB — we would rather you did.
Services listed on this site are performed within our licensed classifications. Specialty work — medical gas, fire sprinklers, water treatment, septic systems, restoration and remediation — is not advertised here, and where a job touches one of those we say so and refer it.

How it works
Every job, the same sequence
Request
Tell us the property, the problem and when you would like us. Online, by phone, or through the property-manager intake.
Confirm
Dispatch confirms an actual arrival window. A requested window is a proposal until we confirm it — we will not pretend otherwise.
Diagnose
The technician finds the failure before quoting the repair, and tells you what it will take to reach it.
Complete
You approve a written scope and price. The work is done to that scope, and nothing is added without a new approval.
Follow up
You receive photo documentation of the failure and the finished work, and the record stays with the property.
Talk to a person.
Not a chatbot, not a form queue — a person who can tell you whether we are the right contractor for the job.
