Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy describes how RePlumbify handles information collected through replumbify.com. It does not cover information you give us over the phone, in person, or in a signed contract, which is handled under our ordinary business practices.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service address and property details for the work
• Your description of the problem or scope
• Company name, role, unit counts, purchase-order and billing details on the commercial and property-management forms
• Files you choose to upload, where uploads are enabled
• Which consent boxes you ticked, when, and the exact wording you agreed to

We never ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, or tenants' personal identifiers. Please do not send them through this site.

Information collected automatically.

• The page you arrived on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
• Aggregate page-view and performance measurements
• A one-way salted hash of your IP address, stored with a form submission as an abuse control. The raw IP address is not stored.

This site does not use advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or cross-site tracking. If that ever changes, this policy will change with it and a consent mechanism will be added.

Why we collect it

• To schedule and perform the work you asked for
• To contact you about that work
• To keep a record of the job for you, for us, and for anyone who later needs it — an owner, an insurer or a manager
• To keep this site working and to block automated abuse

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers, each of which sees only what it needs:

• Hosting, database and file storage — the infrastructure this site and its records run on.
• Transactional email — to send your confirmation and to notify our team.
• Spam protection — to distinguish a person from an automated submission.

We do not give your information to anyone else except where the law requires it, or where it is genuinely necessary to perform the work — for example, coordinating access with a property manager you asked us to work with.

Text messages

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Where a texting programme is offered, consent to receive texts is separate from your service request, is never a condition of purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Opt-outs are honoured across every channel.

How long we keep it

• Service requests and leads — 24 months from submission, then deleted.
• Uploaded files — 180 days, then deleted.
• Consent records — 5 years, because they are the record that proves what you agreed to and when.
• Job records for work actually performed — retained as long as our ordinary business, tax and warranty obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (877) 473-7586 and say so, or use the privacy request page. We will not treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If that ever changes, this site will read and honour the signal, and this paragraph will say so before it does.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Uploaded files are stored in private storage that is not reachable from the public internet. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging plumbing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes and the previous version is superseded.
